Great for Families

My stay at this resort was absolutely delightful! The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the beautiful beach club with stunning sunset views was a perfect spot to unwind. I recently stayed at Pinnacle Grand Jomtien, and while the resort had some really lovely aspects like multiple pools and a peaceful atmosphere, there were significant downsides that impacted my experience. The beach area was quite dirty, which was disappointing, and there were issues with guests reserving sun chairs with towels, leaving limited options for others. Overall, it felt a bit chaotic during peak hours but had its serene moments.
